"When I had arrived at the bungalow the battery was out for the thermostat for heat. I got a quick response when I called about it, and someone was over in 5 minutes to replace the battery. You can tell they had done a lot of renovations, and the place was charming and well thought out. A Great location to Main Street. I was a single person staying there and felt very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a rental in Bradley Beach!"

"Bret’s place was a wonderful stay and so close to both the beach and the main part of town! We had a blast sampling the ice cream shops in town. We would absolutely stay again, the home was also so well stocked for cooking meals."

"We stayed for a full week! Upon arriving, the unit was spotless, cozy. We moved all of our personal belongings in and felt right at home. We cooked half of the nights and the kitchen was well equipped. The coffee grounds offered were amazing! I need to know what brand! Bed linens and blankets were super cozy. And, I love that there were real plants throughout the house. The layout was open and felt very spacious, especially having 4 adults didn’t not feel cramped. Walking distance to great restaurants, a gym and the best gelato! The beach is a little farther than expected but still walkable. Great lemonade stand and quick food at the beach entrance. The families who stayed next door were all super wholesome, friendly people. Even though there is shared space it still felt private and welcoming. The property is very well maintained."
